Mrs. Rivas holds a clinical license as a bicultural and multilingual social worker. She has more than 13 years' experience working in nonprofits. She's worked across a range of groups, including LGBTQ+ people, substance abusers, and survivors of violence from intimate partners. Ms. Rivas serves Erie Patients as of the year 2019. Presently, telehealth mental health services are offered. Dr. Rivas has worked with pregnant and postpartum moms for over a decade. She is a specialist in trauma-informed treatment and also offers EMDR to adult patients. She provides individual and group therapy and an assisted medication treatment program. Special care referrals are also available. Amanda is also a member of the Best Friends Animal Society. She helps homeless pets find new home. She is committed to with the Best Friends motto, Save Them All, and would like to see Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city.
