Lesley-Ann Brandt was born Cape Town in South African on December 2, 1981. She is a model and actress best known as a TV actress and in films. Brandt was a model and actress who started her acting in the new Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom and was able to make her American debut in the role as Naevia as part of the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on a variety of TV series during the past 10 years. They include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt plays Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was brought up as a child in Cape Town South Africa. After her late teens she immigrated with her family into Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's profession began as a model after she was featured in television commercials and magazine ads. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel started when she began working in retail and recruitment for information technology. In 2009, she was a part-time actress as a character on an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In 2021, she starred in Spartacus Blood and Sand as a young slave girl Naevia. Her character, Naevia, was reprised on the Spartacus prequel Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred alongside Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). Her first role was Mazikeen the demon that seeks bounty on the hit Netflix show Lucifer. The role is her most prominent to date. The show features her co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
